Thought Leader Fridays
Our Thought Leader Friday sessions give our team, clients and other key members of the industry the opportunity to listen to insights from experts in the field. Our Friday sessions have featured the likes of Alan Knott-Craig Jnr (ex Mxit CEO), Matt Mullenweg (WordPress founder) and Ogilvy’s Gavin Levinsohn. These sessions are an opportunity to learn as well as network with others in the industry. Also, beer.
Founder of WordPress
On his visit to Cape Town, South Africa, to mentor startups on board the startup accelerator ship Unreasonable at Sea, Matt Mullenweg paid a visit to the Creative Spark office to chat about the beginning of WordPress and his passion for open source. All eyes were on the young entrepreneur as both the agency and publishing teams asked tough questions on WordPress security, his thoughts about Drupal and the general awesomeness of the South African digital landscape.
